Our Q3 client forum was designed around the focus areas that members have identified as the most important and interesting. Sinead Aylward is an IT leader with 25+ years experience in consulting, project management and IT strategic leadership. She is highly experienced in understanding customer expectations and leading long term strategic discussions. Sinead has spent her career in the IT industry, leading technology change in companies such as Lucent Technologies, UBS and Adtalem Global Education. She is passionate about the customer experience, and the need to adapt engagement strategies to meet customers where they are and with the technology they want to use. Over the last year, she has led the transformation of a large contact center to a cloud first environment, preferring the agility of the cloud to meet her customer’s evolving needs.
Dominic has spent more than six years at Groupon in Global Project Management and Operations Management positions. In his current Global Ops Technology role based in Chicago, he works across the entire Customer Experience technology stack to ensure Groupon’s Contact Center is agile enough to keep up with the Groupon customer demands. Worked closely with IT to consolidate 14 different phone systems globally supporting 25+ countries to a single CCaaS platform for 2,500 users – Groupon has consistently pushed the envelope when it comes to contact deflection and moving CS interactions to other channels.
